Hi! I’m Cassandra, but you can call me Cass. I’m an energy enthusiast and author, a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Ryoho & Kundalini Reiki (with both a medical and spiritual background), a Practitioner of Access Consciousness, a Kundalini Yogi, and a Certified Master Aromatherapist specializing in the Traditional Hindu Chakra System.

I’ve been devoted to researching and exploring chakra health and subtle energy since 2012, and I’ve had the honor of working in both medical + private settings supporting 1K+ clients through sessions, teachings, and transformational energetic work. I don’t just share what I’ve studied - I share what I’ve lived. I’m living proof that when you work with your energy and mind set consistently, everything can change.
