This 60-minute distant Reiki session allows you to receive healing energy while going about your day. Whether you’re at home, at work, or out in nature, Cassandra will send Reiki and healing energy to meet you where you are.
While selecting your day, it will ask you for a time, this is because I cannot figure out how to change that on this scheduler 😆 So, ignore the time! And pay attention to the day/date anad select any time to get through to complete your scheduling. Please note, you will receive your session sometime that day you choose, and I will connect with you before I begin and after I complete your session with your notes, etc.
What’s Included:
✨ Completely remote Reiki session—no need to be on a call, just be open to receiving.
✨ Email Cassandra in advance with what’s on your heart—any emotions, intentions, or specific areas of focus.
✨ Send a recent selfie to help personalize the energy work. Make sure it is only you, and no one else.
✨ 50-60 min Reiki + Energy Healing transmission—a blend of Usui Ryoho, Medical Reiki, Kundalini Reiki/Yoga, and Access Consciousness techniques to realign your energy.
✨ Follow-up message within 72 hours (typically less and the same day as your session) with insights, guidance, and chakra recommendations, self care, breathwork, kundalini kriya’s, affirmations, etc – Basically anything goes when it comes to energy! It is all tailored to you.
💜 How to Prepare:
- Simply set your intention to receive the Reiki on your scheduled day. Again, I’ll mention that while selecting your day, it will ask you for a time, this is because I cannot figure out how to change that on this scheduler 😆 So, ignore the time! And pay attention to the day. And just know that day you will receive sometime when the energy flow is right. If you wish for the specific time you choose that day, please let me know and I will accomodate 💚
- I will email you before I begin and when I am finished.
- Stay open, and allow yourself to feel the energy throughout your day.
- Afterward, take note of any shifts, emotions, or insights that arise.
