Healing is a journey that begins with gaining an understanding of who you are, where you belong in the world, and what you stand for. Getting trained and attuned to Usui Reiki Level 1 will jumpstart your process and allow your energetic body to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.
In this virtual 4-week class, we will explore what hands-on practice sessions are all about for yourself and others and gain an understanding of the energy body structure and spiritual anatomy. The curriculum also includes how to define and talk about Reiki to loved ones and the community, the history of Reiki, Hand positions, Roots to dis-ease, Chakra basics, and so much more.

Requirements
- Students must have received a full body Reiki session from either RMT Cassandra or another practitioner of Reiki Master or higher. If you can, write notes about your experience; show proof of the session if provided from an external source. If you would like to schedule a session with Cassandra, you can find our sessions HERE
Preparation
- Cassandra will send additional preparation details before class.
When
- Virtual class times are Wednesday’s July 29th, August 5th and August 12th 5:30-7:30 PM CT.
- For the attunements, depending on location, this could be arranged in person if near Racine county in Wisconsin or surrounding areas. Otherwise, all attunements will be scheduled based on students availability after sign up. I’ll be sure to reach out 🙂
Location
- Virtual classes are held in a sacred Zoom space created. Details will be emailed before class begins and what to expect.
Special Notes
- No-refunds are given, if you are not able to make it to one of the virtual classes or the attunement, rest assure that each class will be recorded LIVE and available for replay. We can arrange a special date to meet, send emails or have a call if you have extra questions about a class you missed.
- Manuals will be mailed to you. With publishing, it can take up to 2 weeks to come in the mail. If the manual doesn’t come in time for the start of class, we will use a virtual display on screen during the zoom call until your manual comes. Hi! I’m Cassandra, but you can call me Cass. I’m an energy enthusiast and author, a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Ryoho & Kundalini Reiki (with both a medical and spiritual background), a Practitioner of Access Consciousness, a Kundalini Yogi, and a Certified Master Aromatherapist specializing in the Traditional Hindu Chakra System.
I’ve been devoted to researching and exploring chakra health and subtle energy since 2012, and I’ve had the honor of working in both medical + private settings supporting 1K+ clients through sessions, teachings, and transformational energetic work. I don’t just share what I’ve studied – I share what I’ve lived. I’m living proof that when you work with your energy and mind set consistently, everything can change.
